(Continuation News of PREMIERCEM): and subject to the sanction of the Hon'ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh pursuant to sections 228 and 229 of the Companies Act, 1994; b) The Directors unanimously resolved that the terms and conditions of, and the proposed Amalgamation contemplated under, the draft Scheme of Amalgamation, be and is hereby approved subject to the sanction of the Hon'ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, (cont.2)
