The company has informed that the Board of Directors' meeting of the company held on April 09, 2025 took the following decisions: a) The Directors considered the matter and after detailed discussions, unanimously resolved that in accordance with the order of Hon'ble High Court Division dated March 24, 2025, an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) is to be scheduled to be held on Wednesday the 21st May 2025 at 2.30 PM at City Hall, (cont.1)
