কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে বাংলাদেশ সুপ্রিম কোর্টের মাননীয় হাইকোর্ট বিভাগ প্রিমিয়ার পাওয়ার জেনারেশন লিমিটেড (ট্রান্সফারার কোম্পানি) এবং ন্যাশনাল সিমেন্ট মিলস লিমিটেড (ট্রান্সফারার কোম্পানি) এর সাথে প্রিমিয়ার সিমেন্ট মিলস পিএলসি (ট্রান্সফারি কোম্পানি) একীভূতকরণের জন্য একটি প্রকল্প অনুমোদন করেছে, যা (চলমান) এ প্রদত্ত আদেশ এবং নির্দেশাবলী মেনে চলা সাপেক্ষে।
