(Cont. news of PREMIERCEM): certified copy of the final judgment and order dated January 26, 2026 passed in the Company Matter No. 523 of 2025, an application under Section 228 read with Section 229 of the Companies Act, 1994. The matter was heard by the Hon'ble Court on November 12, 2025 and November 27, 2025 and the certified copy of the final judgment and order sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation was received by the Company on 28.01.2026.
