(cont. news of PREMIERCEM): the issuance of 322 fully redeemable, non-convertible, non-participating, and cumulative preference Shares of Tk. 50,00,000 (Fifty Lac only) each at par, totaling Tk. 161,00,00,000 (One hundred and sixty-one crore) only under the Securities and Exchange Commission (Issue of Capital) Rules, 2001 (updated up to 2021). (PREMIERCEM-এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন (মূলধন ইস্যু) বিধিমালা, ২০০১ (২০২১ সাল পর্যন্ত আপডেট করা হয়েছে) এর অধীনে, ৫০,০০,০০০ (পঞ্চাশ লক্ষ টাকা) মূল্যের ৩২২টি সম্পূর্ণরূপে খালাসযোগ্য, অ-রূপান্তরযোগ্য, অ-অংশগ্রহণযোগ্য এবং ক্রমবর্ধমান অগ্রাধিকার শেয়ার ইস্যু করা হচ্ছে, যার মোট মূল্য ১৬১,০০,০০,০০০ (একশত একাষট্টি কোটি টাকা)। কোম্পানিটি উপরোক্ত সম্পূর্ণরূপে খালাসযোগ্য, অ-রূপান্তরযোগ্য, অ-অংশগ্রহণযোগ্য এবং ক্রমবর্ধমান অগ্রাধিকার শেয়ার ইস্যু করবে (ধারা ২)
