Shafiqul Islam Mamun, one of the Sponsors of Premier Leasing & Finance Limited (the transferor/pledgor) to NRB Commercial Bank Ltd. (the transferee/pledgee) within October 31, 2018 under Regulation-47 of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015.
