(Continuation news of PREMIERLEA): This balance is increasing every year due to the non-identification of the corresponding increase in liability. f) The company is yet to incorporate Worker's Profit Participation Fund (WPPF). Such non-establishment contravenes with section 232 & 234 of the Bangladesh Labor Act 2006. g) Similarly, the company has not yet incorporated employees provident fund which is contravenes the stipulation u/s 264 of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006, (cont.14)
