Refer to the earlier news disseminated by the DSE on 19.11.2024, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Bank vide their letter No. DFIM(L)1053/65/2025-841, dated 17-March-2025 approved the proposal for closing of Mirpur Branch of the Company. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to transfer the activities of Mirpur Branch to the Head Office of the company. (cont.)

১৯.১১.২০২৪ তারিখে ডিএসই কর্তৃক প্রকাশিত পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদটি দেখুন, কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক তাদের ১৭-মার্চ-২০২৫ তারিখের চিঠি নং DFIM(L)১০৫৩/৬৫/২০২৫-৮৪১ এর মাধ্যমে কোম্পানির মিরপুর শাখা বন্ধের প্রস্তাব অনুমোদন করেছে। সেই অনুযায়ী, কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ মিরপুর শাখার কার্যক্রম কোম্পানির প্রধান কার্যালয়ে স্থানান্তর করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। (চলবে)
