(cont. news of PREMIERLEA): The company has also informed that due to delay in preparation of Annual Financial Statements for the year ended as on 31-December-2024, the Company could not prepare the Quarterly Financial Statements for the 1st Quarter (Q1) ended as on 31-March-2025 and 2nd Quarter (Q2) ended as on 30-June-2025 of the Company on time.
