ICB Asset Management Company Limited has informed that the trustee of the fund has approved the extension of tenure of Prime Bank 1st ICB AMCL Mutual Fund for another 10 years up to January 24, 2030 as per BSEC Order dated October 02, 2018, by the Government of Bangladesh, the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) through the exercise of its power accorded by the Section 20A of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969 (XVII of 1969).
