The auditor of the Prime Bank Ltd has given the "Emphasis of Matter" paragraph in the Auditor's Report for the year ended on 31 December 2020. Emphasis of Matter: We are drawing attention in note # 2.5 to the financial statements, the Bank disclosed that the revaluation of its land and building was conducted in 2008 and 2013. In our opinion, the Bank was not in compliance with the provisions of para- 31 and 34 of International Accounting Standard-16.
