The Board of Directors has recommended 12.50% cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2013. The Board has also decided to issue "Prime Bank Subordinated Bond-2" up to Tk. 2,500.00 million for raising Tier-II Capital subject to approval of the Regulatory Authorities. The Company has also reported Consolidated EPS of Tk. 1.98, Consolidated NAV per share of Tk. 22.69 and Consolidated NOCFPS of Tk. 2.41 for the year ended on December 31, 2013.
