The Company has informed that the Board accorded its consent to the proposal for voluntary dissolution of its wholly-owned subsidiary, PBL Exchange (UK) Limited considering the changes in the regulatory landscape which has made the business prospect bleak. This will be subject to complying with required regulatory formalities in appropriate jurisdictions.
