PRIMEBANK Corporate Disclosure — 1 August 2022

The Company has informed that the Board consented to the revaluation of land & building to comply with the requirement of International Accounting Standard (IAS) 16 "Property, Plant, and Equipment". As per the revaluation report of "Eastland Surveyors", BDT 12.35 crore is to be recognized as revaluation surplus under shareholders' equity, and BDT 3.20 crore as an expense in the profit and loss account.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে বোর্ড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল অ্যাকাউন্টিং স্ট্যান্ডার্ড (IAS) 16 "সম্পত্তি, উদ্ভিদ এবং সরঞ্জাম" এর প্রয়োজনীয়তা মেনে জমি ও ভবনের পুনর্মূল্যায়নে সম্মত হয়েছে। "ইস্টল্যান্ড সার্ভেয়ারদের" পুনর্মূল্যায়নের প্রতিবেদন অনুসারে, শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের ইক্যুইটির অধীনে 12.35 কোটি টাকা পুনর্মূল্যায়ন উদ্বৃত্ত হিসাবে স্বীকৃত হবে এবং লাভ-ক্ষতির অ্যাকাউন্টে ব্যয় হিসাবে 3.20 কোটি টাকা।
