It is to be further informed that the Company sent notice of the 23rd AGM of the Company from where it is revealed that in the AGM, among other ordinary business, the following special business will be placed before the shareholders for their approval: To consider and approval of special resolution to "alter, amend, insert new clause/s, delete existing clause/s of the Article of Association of the Company with or without modification".
