(Continuation news of PRIMELIFE): at least once in every year cause an investigation to be made by an Actuary into the financial condition of the life insurance business carried on by it, including a valuation of its liabilities in such manner as may be prescribed by regulations and shall cause an abstract of the actuarial report to be made in such form and manner as may be prescribed in regulations.
