(Continuation news of PRIMELIFE): shareholding position, it is observed that 38.08% of the total issued share capital of the Company is subscribed by sponsor shareholders while the remaining 61.92% is subscribed by the general public. This is non-compliance of Schedule 1, Section 21 of the Insurance Act 1938 (as amended in 2010), where it is stated that at least 60% of the issued capital shall have to be subscribed by the sponsor shareholders. 2.
