(Continuation news of PRIMELIFE): Since these investment have been outstanding since long and the financial condition of PFI Securities Limited being deficient, there is significant doubt over the recoverability of the total amount of these investments but the company has not made any provision against the said amount as a result total assets have been overstated and profit have been overstated by the amount of BDT 1,831,777,899 (1,678,045,201 + 153,732,698).
