(Continuation news of PRIMELIFE): Emphasis of Matter: Without further qualifying our opinion, we draw attention to the following matters: 1. As disclosed in note #4.2 .3 of the financial statements, where the company has presented its shareholding position, it is observed that 34.29%of the total issued share capital of the Company is subscribed by sponsor shareholders while the remaining 65.71%is subscribed by the general public. This is non-compliance of Schedule 1, (cont. 7)
