Referring to their earlier news (disseminated on 04.05.15) regarding Purchase of land at 45 & 46 Dilkusha C/A, Dhaka, the Company has further informed that the Board of Directors has cancelled their earlier decision of purchasing the lands because of arising intricacy, i.e., restriction to get permission from the concerned authorities for construction of multistoried building due to enforcement of Govt. Security in the Security Zones, and also permission from Insurance Development & Regulatory Authority.
