(Continuation news of PRIMELIFE): has made by the Company. b. The Company has reported in the financial statements in note #13.5.1 as investment in Zero Coupon Bond in Banglalion (10% Convertible) Tk. 49.99 million since 14 March, 2013. These total amounts shown as an outstanding balance and there is significant doubt over the recoverability. Besides, the Company has not made any provisions in this regard as a result the assets and profits may be overstated. (cont.3)
