(Continuation news of PRIMELIFE): having regard to the particular circumstances of any insurer, allow it to have the investigation under this section made at any date not later than 2 (two) years from the date on which the previous investigation was made. As a result these also indicate that this is not a direct violation of the said law. Our opinion is not modified in this regard. (end)
