Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 14.07.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors of the company has decided that the 25th Annual General Meeting of the company which was scheduled to be held on September 29, 2025 has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. A new date, time and venue for the rescheduled AGM will be notified later.
