PRIMETEX Corporate Disclosure — 4 August 2024

(Continuation news of PRIMETEX): shortage of raw materials and electric & gas supply problems we decided at the moment to temporarily shutdown our factory as on 01.12.2023. We did not inform you earlier because we are trying our best to solve out these problems. But unfortunately, we were not able to overcome these problems, but still trying to this date. (cont.2)

(PRIMETEX-এর ধারাবাহিক খবর): কাঁচামালের ঘাটতি এবং বৈদ্যুতিক ও গ্যাস সরবরাহের সমস্যার কারণে আমরা এই মুহূর্তে সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছি যে 01.12.2023 তারিখে আমাদের কারখানা সাময়িকভাবে বন্ধ করে দেব। আমরা আপনাকে আগে জানাইনি কারণ আমরা এই সমস্যাগুলি সমাধান করার জন্য যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করছি। কিন্তু দুর্ভাগ্যবশত, আমরা এই সমস্যাগুলি কাটিয়ে উঠতে পারিনি, তবুও এই তারিখে চেষ্টা করছি। (চলমান 2)
