PRIMETEX Corporate Disclosure — 11 September 2024

(cont. news of PRIMETEX): NOCFPS has been decreased to Tk. (11.75) compared to the same of last year which was Tk. (1.10) per share due to payment to cost of goods sold, trade payable and operating expenses during the year. NAVPS has been decreased at the end of the reporting period due to the loss incurred for the year 2022-2023. (end)
