(Continuation news of PROGRESLIF): Supreme Court of Bangladesh in the name of PLICL's affairs which are yet to be resolved. Due to this reason, PLICL could not hold any general meeting as its annual general meeting since 2013 in accordance with Section 81 of the Companies Act, 1994.
