(Continuation news of PROGRESLIF): as required in the Insurance Act 2010 for Galaxy Capital Limited. However, in respect of Alpha Capital Management Limited, we have seen a letter of the Company dated 24th March 2010 seeking approval but no response could be seen. Further, the consolidated financial statements have not been prepared as per BFRS 10-'Consolidated Financial Statements' resulting in violation of that particular BFRS; (cont. 5)
