(Continuation news of PROVATIINS): The Company also informed that i) As per Schedule-1, Section 21 of the Insurance Act 2010, every Non-life Insurance should have forty crore of Paid-up Capital. At present the Company paid-up Capital is Tk. 29,70,25,040.00 only. So, The Company has declared 17% stock dividend for this year. ii) The bonus share is not declared from capital reserve or revaluation reserve or any kinds other than accumulate profit. (end)
