PROVATIINS Corporate Disclosure — 11 December 2023

The company has informed that it has executed Share Purchase Agreement with HAC Securities Limited, DSE TREC No-074 on 1st March 2023 to purchase 52% shares of HAC Securities Limited. 52% shares of HAC Securities Limited were transferred to the name of Provati Insurance Company Limited through the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms, Bangladesh as per the Share Purchase Agreement on 10th December 2023.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে এটি HAC সিকিউরিটিজ লিমিটেডের 52% শেয়ার কেনার জন্য 1লা মার্চ 2023 তারিখে HAC সিকিউরিটিজ লিমিটেড, DSE TREC No-074 এর সাথে শেয়ার ক্রয় চুক্তি সম্পাদন করেছে। 10শে ডিসেম্বর 2023 তারিখে শেয়ার ক্রয় চুক্তি অনুসারে এইচএসি সিকিউরিটিজ লিমিটেডের 52% শেয়ার জয়েন্ট স্টক কোম্পানি এবং ফার্মস, বাংলাদেশের নিবন্ধকের মাধ্যমে প্রোভাতি ইন্স্যুরেন্স কোম্পানি লিমিটেডের নামে স্থানান্তর করা হয়েছিল।
