The Company has further informed that 806,626 shares of the Company held by Late Mr. Shahadat Hussain, a Director of the Company, have been transmitted in equal proportions (50% each) to the BO accounts of his two nominees: (i) Ms. Afsana Parvin (daughter), a General Shareholder of the Company, and (ii) Ms. Farhana Parvin Alo (daughter), also a General Shareholder of the Company, by way of nomination as per the news disseminated by DSE on June 04, 2026.

কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, ডিএসই কর্তৃক ০৪ জুন, ২০২৬ তারিখে প্রচারিত সংবাদ অনুসারে, কোম্পানির পরিচালক প্রয়াত জনাব শাহাদাত হুসেনের মালিকানাধীন ৮,০৬,৬২৬টি শেয়ার মনোনয়নের মাধ্যমে তাঁর দুইজন মনোনীত ব্যক্তি—(i) কোম্পানির সাধারণ শেয়ারহোল্ডার মিসেস আফসানা পারভিন (কন্যা), এবং (ii) কোম্পানির আরেক সাধারণ শেয়ারহোল্ডার মিসেস ফারহানা পারভিন আলো (কন্যা)-এর বিও অ্যাকাউন্টে সমান অনুপাতে (প্রত্যেকের ৫০%) হস্তান্তর করা হয়েছে।
