The Company has informed that BSEC has given consent vide their letter dated October 31, 2017, under the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Commission, (Private Placement of Debt Securities) Rules, 2012 to the Company for raising of capital through issuance of Non Convertible Zero Coupon Bond of Tk. 50.00 crore only through private placement which will be redeemable by 4 years and IDLC Finance Limited will work as Mandated Lead Arranger of the Bond.
