PTL Corporate Disclosure — 25 January 2022

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided issuance of BDT 1,500.00 million (one Thousand Five Hundred million only) fully redeemable non-convertible cumulative Preference shares divided into 150,000,000 (Fifteen crore) Preference Shares at face value of Tk. 10.00 each at par through private placement among the potential investors, subject to the approval of General Members Meeting of the company and the Regulators to finance the upcoming project expansion (Cont.)

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ 150,000,000 (পনের কোটি) অগ্রাধিকার শেয়ারে বিভক্ত টাকা 1,500.00 মিলিয়ন (শুধুমাত্র এক হাজার পাঁচশ মিলিয়ন) সম্পূর্ণরূপে খালাসযোগ্য নন-কনভার্টেবল ক্রমবর্ধমান পছন্দের শেয়ার ইস্যু করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। সম্ভাব্য বিনিয়োগকারীদের মধ্যে প্রাইভেট প্লেসমেন্টের মাধ্যমে প্রতিটি সমানে 10.00, কোম্পানির সাধারণ সদস্যদের সভা এবং আসন্ন প্রকল্প সম্প্রসারণে অর্থায়নের জন্য নিয়ন্ত্রকদের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে (চলবে)
