PTL Corporate Disclosure — 22 December 2022

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to issue non-convertible, transferable, fully redeemable unsecured zero coupon bond for an amount to BDT 2,500.00 million in face value through private placement to pay off the existing liability and expansion of the company subject to the approval from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission. কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ প্রাইভেট প্লেসমেন্টের মাধ্যমে বিদ্যমান দায় মেটাতে এবং সম্প্রসারণের জন্য অ-পরিবর্তনযোগ্য, হস্তান্তরযোগ্য, সম্পূর্ণরূপে খালাসযোগ্য অসুরক্ষিত জিরো কুপন বন্ড ইস্যু করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে যার অভিহিত মূল্য 2,500.00 মিলিয়ন টাকা। কোম্পানিটি বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশনের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে। (চলবে 1)
