PTL Corporate Disclosure — 23 January 2025

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of company has decided to execute ASPA for acquiring 11% ordinary shares i.e. 13,91,807 shares of Dynamic Sun Energy Private Ltd. (DSEPL) at Tk. 8.70/- each share by total consideration of Tk. 1,21,08,721.00 only of a 100 MW Solar Power Plant located at Pabna, Bangladesh. The company also mentioned that presently the company holds 49% shares of DSEPL and after the transfer, the total holding will be 60% of ordinary shares capital of the DSEPL.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ডাইনামিক সান এনার্জি প্রাইভেট লিমিটেডের (ডিএসইপিএল) 11% সাধারণ শেয়ার অর্থাৎ 13,91,807টি শেয়ার অধিগ্রহণের জন্য ASPA কার্যকর করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। 8.70/- প্রতিটি শেয়ার মোট বিবেচনায় টাকা। 1,21,08,721.00 শুধুমাত্র বাংলাদেশের পাবনায় অবস্থিত একটি 100 মেগাওয়াট সৌর বিদ্যুৎ কেন্দ্রের। কোম্পানিটি আরও উল্লেখ করেছে যে বর্তমানে কোম্পানিটির কাছে ডিএসইপিএলের 49% শেয়ার রয়েছে এবং স্থানান্তরের পরে, মোট হোল্ডিং ডিএসইপিএলের সাধারণ শেয়ার মূলধনের 60% হবে।
