Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 01.10.2026 regarding appointment of independent asset valuer to carry out revaluation of PP&E, the company has further informed, among others, the following: "The Board of Directors of the company be and were hereby decided to approve the Valuation Report of the Property, Plant and Equipment (PP&E) including land and buildings as at 30 June 2026 which conducted by MABS & J Partners, Chartered Accountants (cont.1)

ডিএসই কর্তৃক ০১.১০.২০২৬ তারিখে প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে, যেখানে পিপিএন্ডই (PP&E)-এর পুনর্মূল্যায়ন পরিচালনার জন্য একজন স্বাধীন সম্পদ মূল্যায়নকারী নিয়োগের কথা বলা হয়েছিল, কোম্পানিটি অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়গুলি আরও জানিয়েছে: "কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ এতদ্বারা এমএবিএস অ্যান্ড জে পার্টনার্স, চার্টার্ড অ্যাকাউন্ট্যান্টস (MABS & J Partners, Chartered Accountants) কর্তৃক পরিচালিত ৩০ জুন ২০২৬ তারিখের জমি ও ভবনসহ সম্পত্তি, প্ল্যান্ট এবং সরঞ্জাম (PP&E)-এর মূল্যায়ন প্রতিবেদনটি অনুমোদন করার সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করেছে (চলবে.১)"
