PUBALIBANK Corporate Disclosure — 9 December 2021

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 24.06.2021 regarding Issuance of Perpetual Bond, the Company further informed that BSEC has accorded consent to Pubali Bank Limited for raising additional Tire-1 capital through issuance of Pubali Bank Perpetual Bond of Tk. 500.00 Crore. Out of which BDT 450.00 Crore (taka Four Hundred Fifty Crore) through Private Placement and the rest amount of BDT 50.00 Crore through Public Offer basis. (cont.)

24.06.2021 তারিখে ডিএসই দ্বারা চিরস্থায়ী বন্ড ইস্যু করার বিষয়ে তাদের পূর্বের সংবাদের উল্লেখ করুন, কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে BSEC পূবালী ব্যাংক লিমিটেডকে পূবালী ব্যাংকের স্থায়ী বন্ড ইস্যু করার মাধ্যমে অতিরিক্ত টায়ার-1 মূলধন বাড়াতে সম্মতি দিয়েছে। 500.00 কোটি। যার মধ্যে 450.00 কোটি টাকা (চারশত পঞ্চাশ কোটি টাকা) প্রাইভেট প্লেসমেন্টের মাধ্যমে এবং বাকি 50.00 কোটি টাকা পাবলিক অফারের ভিত্তিতে। (চলবে)
