PUBALIBANK Corporate Disclosure — 29 October 2023

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to raise BDT 700.00 crore through issuance of fourth (4th) Subordinated Bond as Tier-II Capital to support the bank's Basel-III compliance regulatory capital in line with Bangladesh Bank Guidelines on Risk Based Capital Adequacy dated December 2014, subject to approval from concerned authorities and complying with regulatory requirements.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের নির্দেশিকা অনুসারে ব্যাংকের ব্যাসেল-III সম্মতি নিয়ন্ত্রক মূলধনকে সমর্থন করার জন্য টায়ার-২ ক্যাপিটাল হিসাবে চতুর্থ (৪র্থ) অধীনস্থ বন্ড ইস্যু করার মাধ্যমে 700.00 কোটি টাকা সংগ্রহ করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। ডিসেম্বর 2014 তারিখের ঝুঁকি ভিত্তিক মূলধন পর্যাপ্ততা, সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে এবং নিয়ন্ত্রক প্রয়োজনীয়তা মেনে চলা।
