Mainul Islam, one of the Sponsors of the Company holding of 7,000 (Bonus) Shares and Late Seleena Begum, one of the Sponsors of the Company holding of 6,500 (Bonus) shares will be transmitted to their successors namely Ms. Khadiza Shamim (Sponsor) and Ms. Nafisa Quasem (Director) respectively, by way of succession certificate issued by the Honorable Court and as per the power of attorney.
