The auditor of the Quasem Industries Ltd. has given the "Qualified Opinion" paragraphs in the auditor's report for the year ended June 30, 2022. Basis for Qualified Opinion: a) As per section 11k of the Companies Act 1994, "PLC" should be added with the name of the company for indication of public limited liability company. But which was not followed by the company. b) As per the BSEC notification no. BSEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/10/Admin/118 dated 22 March 2021, (cont.1)

কাসেম ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ লিমিটেডের নিরীক্ষক 30 জুন, 2022 তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের নিরীক্ষকের প্রতিবেদনে "যোগ্য মতামত" অনুচ্ছেদ দিয়েছেন। যোগ্য মতামতের ভিত্তি: ক) কোম্পানি আইন 1994-এর 11k ধারা অনুযায়ী, "PLC"-এর উচিত পাবলিক লিমিটেড দায় কোম্পানির ইঙ্গিতের জন্য কোম্পানির নামের সাথে যোগ করতে হবে। কিন্তু যা অনুসরণ করেনি সংস্থাটি। খ) BSEC বিজ্ঞপ্তি নং অনুযায়ী BSEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/10/Admin/118 তারিখ 22 মার্চ 2021, (চলমান)
