QUASEMIND Announces Management Change

The company has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 21 June, 2026 has decided to revalue all land and land development of the Company in order to determine the current fair market value of these assets and to appropriately reflect their value in the financial statements of the Company. The Board has also appointed SHAFIQ BASAK & CO., Chartered Accountants, as the independent professional valuer to carry out the revaluation of all land and land development of the Company.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ২১ জুন, ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তার সভায় কোম্পানির সকল জমি ও ভূমি উন্নয়নের পুনর্মূল্যায়ন করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে, যাতে এই সম্পদগুলোর বর্তমান ন্যায্য বাজার মূল্য নির্ধারণ করা যায় এবং কোম্পানির আর্থিক বিবরণীতে সেগুলোর মূল্য যথাযথভাবে প্রতিফলিত হয়। পর্ষদ কোম্পানির সকল জমি ও ভূমি উন্নয়নের পুনর্মূল্যায়ন কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার জন্য ‘শফিক বসাক অ্যান্ড কোং, চার্টার্ড অ্যাকাউন্ট্যান্টস’-কে স্বাধীন পেশাদার মূল্যায়নকারী হিসেবেও নিয়োগ করেছে।
