Emphasis of Matter: According to the rule no. 212 of the Bangladesh Labour Rules 2015 read with the section no. 232 of the Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 (amended 2013), the Company was supposed to introduce Worker's Profit Participation Fund (WPPF) with effect from 15th March 2016. But no such fund was introduced with retrospective effect from that date on the reason of being an units under EPZ. (cont.)
