(Continuation news of QUEENSOUTH): the Company was supposed to introduce Worker's Profit Participation Fund (WPPF) with effect from 15th March 2016. But no such fund was introduced with retrospective effect from that date on the reason of being a unit under EPZ. However necessary provision @0.03% against each and every export order as per rule 214 with retrospective effect need be introduced without further delay. Ref note no 2.16. (কুইন্সসাউথের ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): কোম্পানিটি 15 ই মার্চ 2016 থেকে কার্যকরীভাবে ওয়ার্কার্স প্রফিট পার্টিসিপেশন ফান্ড (WPPF) চালু করার কথা ছিল। কিন্তু ইপিজেডের অধীনে একটি ইউনিট হওয়ার কারণে সেই তারিখ থেকে পূর্ববর্তী প্রভাবে এই ধরনের কোনো তহবিল চালু করা হয়নি। তবে বিধি 214 অনুযায়ী প্রতিটি রপ্তানি আদেশের বিপরীতে প্রয়োজনীয় বিধান @0.03% পূর্ববর্তী প্রভাব সহ আরও বিলম্ব না করে চালু করা দরকার। রেফারি নোট নং 2.16। দ্রষ্টব্য 2.16 কর্মচারীর সুবিধা: কোম্পানী সংজ্ঞায়িত রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করে (চলবে 2)
