During the year the company has not run any commercial production and production closed sine die. These conditions, along with other matters as set forth in Note 2.04, indicate the existence of a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern in the foreseeable future unless a continuous inflow of liquidity support (cont. 2)
