The auditor of the company has given the following "Emphasis of Matter" Paragraphs in the audit report of the company for the year ended on 30 June 2017. Emphasis of Matter: 1. Without qualifying our opinion, we draw attention to Note 2.04 in the financial statements which indicates that the company incurred a net loss of Tk. 3,500,499 during the year ended June 30, 2017 and as of that date, the Company's retained earning stood at (Tk. 154,093,797).
