RAHIMAFOOD Board to Review Q1 Results for FY 2025–26 on 13 November 2025

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on November 13, 2025 at 4:00 PM instead of earlier declared November 11, 2025 to consider, among others, Un-audited financial statements of the Company for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended September 30, 2025.

কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে অনিবার্য কারণে, ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধান, ২০১৫ এর প্রবিধান ১৬(১) অনুসারে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভা, পূর্বে ঘোষিত ১১ নভেম্বর, ২০২৫ এর পরিবর্তে ১৩ নভেম্বর, ২০২৫ তারিখে বিকাল ৪:০০ টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে, যেখানে ৩০ সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৫ তারিখে সমাপ্ত প্রথম প্রান্তিকের (Q1) সময়ের জন্য কোম্পানির অ-নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক প্রতিবেদনগুলি বিবেচনা করা হবে।
