RAHIMAFOOD Corporate Disclosure — 21 December 2025

The company has informed that in order to maximize its shareholders' value, the Board of Directors of the company has decided to utilize its spare bottling capacity through contract manufacturing agreement with City Edible Oil. A 5 years agreement to the effect was signed between the management of Rahima Food Corporation Ltd. and City Edible Oil, allowing the usage of the Rahima Foods Corporation Ltd. bottling capacity for contract manufacturing of their products. কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের মূল্য সর্বাধিক করার জন্য, কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ সিটি এডিবল অয়েলের সাথে চুক্তিবদ্ধ উৎপাদন চুক্তির মাধ্যমে তার অতিরিক্ত বোতলজাতকরণ ক্ষমতা ব্যবহারের সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। রহিমা ফুড কর্পোরেশন লিমিটেড এবং সিটি এডিবল অয়েলের ব্যবস্থাপনার মধ্যে ৫ বছরের একটি চুক্তি স্বাক্ষরিত হয়েছে, যার মাধ্যমে রহিমা ফুডস কর্পোরেশন লিমিটেড তাদের পণ্যের চুক্তিবদ্ধ উৎপাদনের জন্য বোতলজাতকরণ ক্ষমতা ব্যবহারের অনুমতি পাবে। (চলবে)
