The Company has informed that in order to comply with the BSEC notification No. SEC/CMRRCD/2008-183/admin/03-30, dated June 01, 2009; the Company is hereby authorized to enter into contract for supply of goods and materials to Mohammed Trading amounting to 1% or above of the revenue for the immediate preceding financial year subject to approval of the shareholders.
