The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided the following: a) The entire shareholding i.e. 10,200 and 51,000 ordinary shares @ Tk. 100 each of RAK Food & Beverage Private Limited and Classic Porcelain Private Limited [Subsidiaries of RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited] respectively be sold/disposed of due to delay process in project implementation and the Company could not match its return on investment as per expectation; (cont.)
