RAKCERAMIC Corporate Disclosure — 30 April 2025

(Continuation news of RAKCERAMIC): The sales decreased by 17.04% from BDT 1,770.70 MN to BDT 1,468.99 MN due to declining of demand of products in the month of Ramadan. The resulted gross profit slightly dropped from 21.47% to 20.48% due to increasing of raw materials and other manufacturing costs. Finance expenses were also increased due to borrowing from bank to meet up additional requirement of working capital. (cont.2)

(RAKCERAMIC-এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): রমজান মাসে পণ্যের চাহিদা হ্রাসের কারণে বিক্রয় ১৭.০৪% কমে ১,৭৭০.৭০ মিলিয়ন টাকা থেকে ১,৪৬৮.৯৯ মিলিয়ন টাকায় দাঁড়িয়েছে। কাঁচামাল এবং অন্যান্য উৎপাদন খরচ বৃদ্ধির কারণে মোট মুনাফা ২১.৪৭% থেকে সামান্য কমে ২০.৪৮% হয়েছে। কার্যকরী মূলধনের অতিরিক্ত চাহিদা মেটাতে ব্যাংক থেকে ঋণ নেওয়ার কারণে আর্থিক ব্যয়ও বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে। (অবিলম্বে ২)
