RAKCERAMIC Corporate Disclosure — 8 October 2025

The company has informed that out of Four production lines in Tiles Plant of the company, the machineries of tiles production Line-3 will remain under maintenance from October 08, 2025 to December 30, 2025 (approximately). During the maintenance period the other three production lines in Tiles Plant (Production Line-1,2 and 4) will continue its operation. The company will announce the resumption of operations of said plant as soon as it is ready after the completion of the maintenance work.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির টাইলস প্ল্যান্টের চারটি উৎপাদন লাইনের মধ্যে, টাইলস উৎপাদন লাইন-৩ এর যন্ত্রপাতিগুলি ৮ অক্টোবর, ২০২৫ থেকে ৩০ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৫ (প্রায়) পর্যন্ত রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের অধীনে থাকবে। রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের সময়কালে টাইলস প্ল্যান্টের অন্য তিনটি উৎপাদন লাইন (প্রোডাকশন লাইন-১,২ এবং ৪) তাদের কার্যক্রম চালিয়ে যাবে। রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের কাজ শেষ হওয়ার পর প্রস্তুত হওয়ার সাথে সাথে কোম্পানিটি উক্ত প্ল্যান্টের কার্যক্রম পুনরায় শুরু করার ঘোষণা দেবে।
